Your fave mug, $35, card deck if you have one.
Dress to be outdoors for a brief time as you go through the winter spiral.
430- Arrival: fill your mug with tea or apple cider, and settle into our healing circle
445- Sister Circle: Dr. Julia will share Chinese wisdom on the Year of the Snake as we shed to make room for the Year of the Horse. Write down releases and intentions. Guided meditation and group energy healing with Tiffany and Julia
