Nature Journeys
Forest bathing, Shinrin Yoku as the Japanese call it, is known in many cultures as a way to achieve deeper levels of healing. Being with nature in the forest disconnects us from the world around us and reconnects us to what matters most: Ourselves! By reconnecting with ourselves, we shift our brain wave states to those of healing states, we lessen the ‘fight or flight’ of the parasympathetic nervous system and activate the ‘rest and respond’ of the sympathetic nervous system. When we do this repeatedly, it rewires the brain so that this is the “new normal”. Mindfulness coaching, energetic clearing, and meditations included.

Spiritual Minister Services
Spiritual practices based on metaphysical principles. “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20
A baby blessing is a wonderful opportunity to bless new souls as they enter our physical world. Ceremony may be indoors or in a beautiful nature setting.
Our homes and workplaces become our sanctuaries of daily life. Performing a space clearing and blessing supports and elevates your mind, body, and soul.
Connection blessings may be performed as Weddings, Vow Renewals, Handfasting, etc.
End of life blessings bring comfort as a soul moves on from this physical form as well as support their loved ones through this transition.
